YUBI Handroll Bar has launched a menu update that brings in new categories and extends its hot food selection. The restaurant has added items designed for the winter season.
The changes keep YUBI’s approach to quality and straightforward cooking intact while expanding the range. Chef Reif Othman says: “This winter-inspired menu brings more warmth and depth to what we do at YUBI, while staying true to clean flavours and quality ingredients.”
The Basics features handrolls built around fresh seafood. The menu lists options like Hamachi and Sake, prepared to showcase the fish. Guests can add caviar to these handrolls.
The restaurant has created Owan’s, a new bowl category with substantial dishes. Choices include Otoro + Caviar Bowl, Japanese Wagyu + Caviar Bowl, and Sake, Hamachi, Akami & Ikura Bowl. The bowls use high-grade ingredients and reflect YUBI’s attention to preparation.
Hot dishes now include more Japanese comfort options. The expanded section offers Chicken & Foie Gras Gyoza, Wagyu Mazemen and Tori Ramen, suited to cooler weather.
Lighter additions appear across other menu sections, including Kaiso Salad with green apple and walnut, which provides contrast to the richer seasonal items.
The core menu remains in place, with signature handrolls and popular dishes still available.
