Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection, By IHG now offers Sea to Swing, a day-long programme running from sunrise to sunset. Available Tuesday to Sunday, the experience includes morning fishing, afternoon beach club access and evening Greek cuisine on Palm Jumeirah.
The programme begins with a fishing expedition on Dubai’s coastal waters, continues with leisure time at the pool and beach club, and finishes with dinner at the resort’s Greek restaurant by the shore.
Guests start at 6:30am with a three-hour fishing trip operated in partnership with Blue Safari. The guided excursion takes place in Dubai’s open waters during the early morning. Fish caught during the trip can appear in the evening’s meal.
The afternoon portion grants full access to Fluid Pool & Beach Club at Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort. Guests can visit the Food Truck Village, which houses Fluid Food Truck, Burgler and Rohini on Wheels. Pure by Serenity runs an outdoor massage cabana integrated into the beach club space.
As evening approaches, the experience shifts to Bakalis Greek Grill Taverna at the resort. The beachfront restaurant offers views of Palm Jumeirah. Culinary Director Chef Faisal Albaradie has designed the Taste of Bakalis menu specifically for this programme.
On the dining concept, Chef Albaradie states: “Born from the lineage of Greek coastal kitchens, our menu is a tribute to the raw beauty of the Mediterranean. Here, the ‘Sea to Swing’ journey unfolds, – where the morning’s freshest catch meets the elemental heat of our signature ‘Swing Grill’ fired up by olive wood. From the deep blue to the open flame, this is Greek Grill Taverna experience at its purest.”
