The seventh edition of the Emirates Jewellery Show 2026 opens tomorrow at Expo Centre Sharqah with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, running until February 1. The jewellery exhibition brings together more than 180 jewellery manufacturers and over 500 local and international brands in what has become a major regional showcase for the gold and jewellery sector.
This year’s event spans 12,000 square meters of exhibition space featuring participants from the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. According to organizers, pavilions from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, Italy, Russia, Turkey, Singapore, Thailand, India, and Pakistan will display the latest designs in gold, diamonds, manufactured jewellery, pearls, precious stones, and luxury watches.
Emirati Designers and International Participation
The exhibition features significant representation from Emirati exhibitors, including a dedicated pavilion highlighting the creative work of local designers. These Emirati artisans showcase their innovations under the umbrella of the “Sagat Al Emarat” platform, demonstrating the growing presence of national talent in the jewellery industry.
Additionally, the event marks a strategic platform for supporting the gold and jewellery sector while reinforcing Sharjah’s position as a regional and international hub for this industry. The five-day show attracts elite international designers, jewellery enthusiasts, major buyers, and prominent figures from across the sector.
Strategic Timing and Market Demand
The jewellery exhibition benefits from its early-year timing, which enhances its commercial appeal amid growing demand for gold in the United Arab Emirates. The timing capitalizes on seasonal buying patterns and the success of previous editions, which have been reflected in expanding participation and increasing purchase values, according to industry observers.
Meanwhile, organizers have leveraged the notable success of previous editions to attract a broader range of exhibitors and buyers. The expanded participation demonstrates the show’s rising prominence in the regional jewellery calendar and its effectiveness as a business-to-business and retail platform.
Luxury Pavilion Debuts at Jewellery Exhibition
A new feature for this edition is the launch of a dedicated “Luxury Pavilion” in a special area reserved for the finest jewellery houses and exceptional designs. The pavilion brings together elite global brands among the most renowned in the industry, offering visitors access to the latest high-end jewellery creations.
However, the luxury section goes beyond mere display, providing opportunities for acquiring unique and rare pieces. This addition reflects the organizers’ strategy to cater to high-net-worth individuals and collectors seeking exclusive items not readily available through conventional retail channels.
Commercial Opportunities and Visitor Attractions
The show offers visitors distinctive purchasing opportunities and profitable deals alongside a range of activities, competitions, and grand prizes. These features position the event as a primary destination for elegance enthusiasts and a platform for discovering the latest jewellery trends and designs.
In contrast, participants benefit from strong marketing campaigns, extensive media coverage, and organizational advantages. The report indicates that exhibitors receive competitive pricing for display spaces and flexibility in pavilion design, making participation more accessible for businesses of varying scales.
The Emirates Jewellery Show continues to expand its regional footprint, with authorities expecting strong attendance throughout the five-day event. Final participation numbers and sales figures will be announced following the exhibition’s conclusion on February 1, though organizers have not confirmed specific attendance targets for this edition.
