Fujairah International Piano Competition concludes seventh edition contests

The seventh edition of the Fujairah International Piano Competition concluded with broad participation from pianists representing countries around the world. His Highness dedicates significant attention to the artistic and cultural sector, contributing through his vision to enhance Fujairah’s position as a leading cultural and artistic center at both regional and international levels.

The competition witnessed strong contests that reflected the diversity of musical schools and artistic styles. Additionally, participants displayed a high level of professionalism and creativity throughout the various categories, demonstrating the growing caliber of international classical music talent.

International Talent Showcased

The Fujairah International Piano Competition embodies the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts’ commitment to continuing support for musical creativity and enhancing cultural exchange. Furthermore, the event reinforces the emirate’s position as a nurturing environment for artistic talents from different parts of the world.

The competition featured multiple age categories, each showcasing distinct levels of technical mastery and interpretative skill. Meanwhile, the international jury evaluated performances based on rigorous criteria that assessed both technical proficiency and artistic expression.

Winners Announced Across Four Categories

According to the official results, Category A winners included first place for Pham Minh Vo from Vietnam, second place for Anran Su from China, and third place for Abhishek Varghese Gino from India. In Category B, Olga Azanova from Russia secured first place, followed by Yuliana Beziazietshna from Ukraine in second, and Prapti Rajguru from India in third.

Category C saw Ivan Petrenko from Ukraine claim first place, with Azrin Mustafazadeh from Azerbaijan finishing second and Hayk Ghulhakian from Armenia taking third. In contrast, Category D results placed Ahin Kim from South Korea first, Javier Ricarti from Spain second, and Nicolas Bourdonkel from France third.

The academy has not announced specific details regarding the next edition of the Fujairah International Piano Competition. However, based on the consistent annual schedule, organizers are expected to reveal dates and registration information for the eighth edition in the coming months.
