Azizi Developments will participate in the International Real Estate Expo (IREX) 2026 on 7 and 8 February at Anantara Downtown Dubai. The event serves as a property investment platform in the region. Azizi will present its portfolio of residential, mixed-use and master-planned developments across Dubai.

Azizi will showcase projects from Booth B-02 at IREX 2026. Featured developments include Azizi Riviera in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront destination; Azizi Venice in Dubai South, a lagoon-centric community; Azizi Milan, a AED 75 billion development on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road; and Burj Azizi on Sheikh Zayed Road, planned as the world’s second-tallest tower. These projects combine residential, retail, hospitality and leisure components.

The developer will also highlight its presence across Dubai locations including Al Furjan, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Healthcare City, Studio City, Sports City, Downtown Jebel Ali and other areas.

Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said:

“IREX represents an important global forum for dialogue between investors, innovators, and industry leaders. Our participation reflects Azizi Group’s continued focus on scale, disciplined growth, and long-term value creation. With more than 45,000 units delivered and over 150,000 currently under construction, we continue to expand our portfolio of fully integrated lifestyle communities across Dubai, alongside landmark developments such as Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower. Our approach remains centered on building enduring assets that contribute meaningfully to the evolution of global real estate.”

Azizi’s participation at IREX forms part of its international outreach strategy to engage with investors and partners while supporting Dubai’s position as a property and investment hub. The developer will also exhibit at IREX India and IREX Singapore later this year.

Burj Azizi is planned as the world’s second-tallest tower at 725 metres with 140 floors, scheduled for completion in 2029. The tower sits on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Dubai World Trade Centre and adjacent to its metro station. The development will feature 1,038 residences, including apartments, holiday homes and 128 penthouses, plus an all-suite seven-star hotel and a seven-level luxury retail boulevard. Amenities include wellness and fitness centres, swimming pools, cinemas, the world’s highest hotel lobby, nightclub and observation deck, as well as Dubai’s highest restaurant and hotel room.

Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ portfolio. The development comprises 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences. Designed around French-Mediterranean lifestyle concepts, Riviera includes residential and commercial space with extensive retail. The development features three districts: a retail boulevard, a lagoon walk on the shores of a 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a green social space.

Azizi Venice comprises more than 36,000 residential units across 100+ apartment complexes and over 109 ultra-luxury mansions. Azizi Developments serves as master developer, constructing buildings, roads and infrastructure. The development centres around a swimmable crystal-blue lagoon that encircles condominiums, villas and mansions, with leisure, retail and commercial spaces. The Cultural District within Azizi Venice will include a 2,500-seat opera house, theatre, exhibition hall and performing arts academy.

Azizi Milan spans 40 million sq. ft. in GFA with a total value exceeding AED 75 billion. The mixed-use community includes more than 80,000 residences, 800 hotel keys and a fashion and retail district. The design combines Milanese influences with Dubai’s development approach, structured for long-term function and adaptation.

Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
