This session aims to provide culturally relevant insights into personal development and psychological well-being.
These speakers will anchor the “Mind” zone at the wellness festival. In contrast, the “General Health” zone will offer specialized sessions focusing on healthy living, public health research, and the latest trends in biohacking and performance optimization. Physicians and specialized clinics from both local and international backgrounds will participate in this programming.
Experiential Activities and Community Engagement
The Kian Wellness Festival will provide space for exploring spiritual and heart-centered experiences at each participant’s own pace. Activities include yoga, Pilates, sound healing, breathwork, and physical practices designed to promote holistic wellness. Furthermore, the festival will feature a music program infused with emotion and community evenings presented by participating groups.
The festival’s programming follows a natural rhythm that allows each participant freedom of movement and relaxation while reconnecting with themselves. The event structure encourages attendees to engage with various wellness practices according to their personal preferences and needs.
Organizers have not yet confirmed whether additional speakers or programming details will be announced before the February 2026 event. Registration information and ticket availability are expected to be released in the coming months as the festival approaches.
