His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, met with Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, during the preparatory day for the World Government Summit 2026.
