Azizi Developments has launched Azizi Riviera 66, the latest building within its Riviera community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The launch took place at the developer’s Ramadan Suhoor Sales Event, which runs nightly at the Meydan Hotel Ballroom throughout the holy month.
Riviera 66 adds to the existing Riviera community, which sits within Mohammed Bin Rashid City and is designed around waterfront living, retail access, and urban connectivity. The new building offers a range of residences in keeping with the wider community’s layout and amenity offering.
The Suhoor Sales Event runs nightly from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM at the Meydan Hotel Ballroom, giving visitors the chance to view the new release and speak directly with Azizi’s sales team in a relaxed setting during Ramadan.

Riviera is one of Azizi Developments’ flagship projects. The community comprises 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with around 16,000 residences and draws on French-Mediterranean influences in its design and layout. The development is divided into three distinct areas: a retail boulevard, a lagoon walk along the shores of a 2.7 km swimmable crystal lagoon with restaurants and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a large green social space. The community combines residential and commercial uses within a single, connected destination.
