Hi! I'm here to help you understand this article. Ask me anything about the content!

Traininpink is coming to the UAE this March, bringing Pilates Linfodrenante®, a movement method built around lymphatic health. Co-Founder Carlotta Gagna developed the method to help women reduce water retention, support circulation, and tone the body through structured, purposeful movement.

Traininpink will enter the UAE market this March, introducing Pilates Linfodrenante®, a proprietary method created by Co-Founder Carlotta Gagna. More than 200,000 women across Italy and internationally follow the method, making Traininpink one of the fastest-growing women’s movement communities in the EMEA region.

Pilates Linfodrenante® sits at the heart of the platform. Through structured workouts, Traininpink presents Pilates as a lifestyle that supports physical health and a more conscious relationship with the body. Consistent community growth and high member retention reflect the method’s practical impact.

A More Considered Approach to Movement

Pilates Linfodrenante® draws on established science to stimulate the lymphatic system while building strength. The method combines Pilates-based exercises, mobility work, self-massage, and lifestyle guidance to reduce water retention, swelling, and tension, while supporting circulation, toning, and balance.

Rather than a standalone workout, the method is built around how women live day to day. It connects movement with practical habits relating to stress, rest, and recovery, helping women see real results and feel more at ease in their bodies. Since its launch, the method has received positive feedback from both fitness practitioners and health professionals.

The Woman Behind Pilates Linfodrenante®

Carlotta Gagna is a prominent figure in women’s fitness and wellness, recognised for making training practical and sustainable for women at different stages of life. She came to fitness as a teenager, finding in it a way to build confidence and reconnect with her body. In 2017, she began sharing workouts online and built a following of over one million women drawn to her clear, grounded approach.

Carlotta Gagna, Co-Founder of Traininpink, shared, “I created Pilates Linfodrenante® because I saw how many women were doing everything right, yet still not feeling the results they were hoping for. Training alone often doesn’t address what we’re really looking for, which is to feel more energised and more at ease in our bodies. This method reflects the same principles of Traininpink itself, bringing movement and everyday habits together in a way that feels realistic, helping women feel more confident and in control of their wellbeing.”

Carlotta co-founded Traininpink in 2019, drawing on her own experience and a desire to help women take ownership of their health. The platform is now Italy’s top women’s fitness app and has received recognition from Apple, Google, Forbes, and Entrepreneur. She also co-founded Igeia, an athleisure brand that extends the Pilates Linfodrenante® philosophy into everyday life, reflecting her view that wellness extends beyond the mat.
